This image of the Chrysler Buildings was one of the first fine art images I ever took and served as the inspiration for detailing architecture in black and white.
This image was taken in August 2020, while shooting a commissioned interior design shoot in Midtown Manhattan. During my shoot, I noticed a small balcony off the side of the apartment and went out during the break and noticed the Chrysler Building in all her glory. The Chrysler Building is one of my favorite buildings and the architectural detail amazes me.
From the angle I was standing on that balcony, the Chrysler Building had no other buildings in close proximity, so I took the shot with a focus of only that one building in the frame. I love it and the way it came out and this served as the first image in the series of NYC skyscrapers I have taken.
**Due to the custom nature of the prints and sizes, unfortunately we cannot frame prints over 40"**
